Dom Hodge
Managing Director - Planning
London

Dom joined FRUKT in 2005 as a strategist, coming from Sony Electronics where he helped build download stores and launch a variety of entertainment products and services. As Managing Partner of the London office Dom oversees the planning and creative disciplines in the agency. His team produce Smart Ideas and detailed entertainment strategies for some of the world's bravest brands. From market analysis and consumer insight through to proposition development and platform creation, they make sure that all FRUKT's work helps solve a business challenge and excites consumers.

Chris Heath
Managing Director - Strategy
London

After doing time at Warner Music, dotmusic, and BT, Chris joined FRUKT in 2006. As Director of Strategy, he delivers bespoke consultancy projects for global clients.

With over ten years experience Chris has managed international strategy and research projects specialising in competitor insight, marketing insight, consumer trends, business modelling, proposition development, retail and sponsorship.

Jim Robinson
Managing Director - Client Services
London

Jim joined FRUKT in 2011 and brought with him over 10 years account handling experience from agencies such as Momentum and McCann-Erickson. During this time he led a variety of UK and regional clients including Ricoh Europe, TAM Airlines, Glenfiddich, MINI, Tiffany & Co and Johnson & Johnson. As Managing Partner/Client Services Director at FRUKT London, Jim's role is to provide direction and guidance to account teams, ensuring that we deliver the mantra of 'Rock Solid Delivery' to all of our clients with every project. Jim also has a strong passion for music, having been in several bands playing guitar and drums.

Shirley Hughes
Managing Director - North America

Shirley leads FRUKT’s U.S. partnership and marketing operations and will continue the growth of the agency’s award-winning entertainment strategy and activation services for brands including Mastercard, Cisco and Sprint. Hughes’ experience includes a career spent developing and executing global entertainment marketing strategies and initiatives for numerous Fortune 100 brands including GM, Heineken and Microsoft, along with a track record of stewarding creative development and innovative partnership models. Most recently, Hughes led global client engagement efforts at Branded Entertainment Network (Corbis). Previously, she has worked at Wasserman Media Group, EastWest Creative and Paramount Pictures.

Tara Walls
EVP Brand Integrations & Partnerships

Tara has developed a deep understanding of how to structure partnerships between Hollywood properties and brands having worked on both sides of the table, spanning her twenty year career.  From James Bond to Jack & Jill, from Sex and the City to Glee, she has built partnerships with some of the biggest franchises and talent in the industry and they have translated into sales for her clients.  She also believes that the most successful partnerships aren’t always with the biggest entertainment properties; sometimes the smaller and more relevant ones will deliver the best ROI. 

Meilani Lenart Weiss

A brand integration expert, Meilani specializes in connecting Hollywood content creators with brands and building successful entertainment marketing partnerships.  Seasoned in developing organic placements for technology, QSR and transportation clients, Meilani has negotiated more than 100 brand integrations across multiple platforms, including television, film, music video and digital. Her solid relationships in the entertainment industry and personal passion for all things entertainment keeps her clients in trend-setting properties.  

Hap Deneen
SVP Brand Consulting
New York

Hap is based in New York where he leads global entertainment partnerships for FRUKT NA’s clients including Bank of America, Sprint and DIRECTV.  Hap is an expert in creating, negotiating and maximizing global entertainment partnerships in particular within the development of film, theme park and video game properties.  Hap has over 17 years of experience in entertainment working for companies such as BBDO and The Walt Disney Company.  He has been with Octagon Entertainment (now FRUKT) for over 7 years, helping to establish and build the entertainment consulting practice.
