While this may seem an easy money maker for artists, there has been a number of notable failures. Liam Gallagher – Pretty Green

Former Oasis front man launched his own fashion label in 2009, the brand celebrates music and fashion in a strong way. Named after a track by ‘The Jam’, Pretty Green provides classic clothing with a modern edge. If you like polos, paisley shirts, parkas and desert boots this will be right up your street. Victoria Beckham – Victoria

Former pop star now fashion icon and influencer has turned herself to high-end fashion. Her former career is now a distant memory, becoming one of the most celebrated designers in the industry. She has won a number of awards and in 2012 she was the most talked about designer at New York Fashion Week. Clothes range from casual to high-end, a typical handbag sells for as much as £1850. Ideal for those fashionistas who favour luxury pieces. 


Pharrell Williams – Billionaire Boys Club

Launched in 2005, BBC is the brainchild of Pharrell Williams and a Bathing APE founder Nigo. Clothing consists of items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, sneakers and much more. Items are produced in very limited quantities and usually sold for higher prices. If you like your street wear to be a little more adventurous, this one is for you.


Kanye West – Yeezy Adidas Originals

Mr West has carved out a lucrative fashion career with several high-profile brands, most notably Louis Vuitton and Nike. His Yeezy collection with Adidas has been overwhelmingly successful with Yeezy Boost Sneaker resale prices increasing season after season. The clothing and sneaker label under Adidas channels luxury sports wear and is highly sort after. The brand for you, if you can beat the online raffles or the store campouts.


Paul Weller – Real Stars Are Rare

The Modfather set up his own clothing line after finding inspiration collaboration with Pretty Green in 2011. The collection focuses on limited runs with a simple modernist aesthetic. Unlike most of the other brands featured on the list, the brand has a much smaller operation. If you value quality and craftsmanship with a mod look, this is for you.
