We love a good visual pun. This branding effort from the New York School of Visual Arts takes an overused phrase and runs with it creatively without worrying about the 'obviousness' of the end result. The art institution clearly wants their students to 'push the envelope' in everything they strive for. So they make sure that they are doing just that every time they set foot in the building by having custom branded door installations made to look like a giant envelope, right down to the 'Push' door signs.
Simple. Possibly a fraction to literal. But beautifully executed. Once again proving that playing with size and utility of everyday objects will always guarantee a second glance.
