The Japanese automotive company is taking Toyota Antics, its long-running programme of community inspired events to Los Angeles in October, bringing together a host of musical talent for a one night only Block Party, as the brand closes out FILTER Magazine’s Culture Collide festival.
Artists such as Datarock, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, CSS and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah will descend on Reservoir Street in Echo Park for the major music event, which is being actively sponsored by Toyota.
The car brand will be out in force during the live event, with plenty of experiential activity on hand to promote its latest models. A Toyota Matrix has been converted into a Zoltar fortune-telling booth, a Toyota Corolla re-imagined as a photo booth station and a Toyota Yaris will host a "Say-That-Song-Game-Show" live competition.
The brand’s accompanying digital destination acts as a hub for all Toyota Antics events – of which there have been over 400 to date –and offers up additional content and free music sampler albums to download.
The ‘Toyota Antics Culture Collide Block Party’ takes place on 9th October, between 3pm-10pm. For more details on the Culture Collide Festival, see here.
