Appointed CEO of Rogers & Cowan in November 2015, and CEO of now aligned Rogers & Cowan - FRUKT brand in Jan 17, Mark is in an entertainment communications, content, and brand expert. Previously, Mark served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Corbis, a Bill Gates-owned digital content, entertainment and licensing company for 5 years. While at Corbis Entertainment, he was responsible for driving efforts to connect global brands and the entertainment industry through strategic brand integration and created the Branded Entertainment Network. Mark joined Corbis Entertainment in 2012 with the acquisition of the Norm Marshall Group where he was President and handled Microsoft, Heineken and GM brands worldwide for their Entertainment strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Ketchum Public Relations and Executive Vice President at Davie Brown Entertainment, responsible for brands such as Pepsi, Reebok and Mini Cooper.
Dom has been at FRUKT since it was a start-up. First as a client at Sony, working with the FRUKT founders to launch music download stores, then as a strategist helping brands in the music space. He helped build up the FRUKT planning and creative departments and was part of the team that helped steer the sale of FRUKT to Interpublic group in 2012.
His current role as MD spans across the FRUKT offices and he works with clients around the world helping shape strategies and ideas.
When not at work he likes getting muddy walking his dog out in the countryside, collecting an unhealthy amount of old soul records, and making music in his garden studio.
Shirley leads FRUKT’s U.S. partnership and marketing operations and will continue the growth of the agency’s award-winning entertainment strategy and activation services for brands including Mastercard, Cisco and Sprint. Hughes’ experience includes a career spent developing and executing global entertainment marketing strategies and initiatives for numerous Fortune 100 brands including GM, Heineken and Microsoft, along with a track record of stewarding creative development and innovative partnership models. Most recently, Hughes led global client engagement efforts at Branded Entertainment Network (Corbis). Previously, she has worked at Wasserman Media Group, EastWest Creative and Paramount Pictures.
Jim’s worked in agencies for over 20 years with account management roles at McCann and Momentum covering a wide range of disciplines including advertising, branding, events and sponsorship. He joined FRUKT in 2011 to head up the client services team, developing processes and steering the delivery of award winning work across the portfolio. As Managing Director, Jim continues to guide account management and lead agency operations.
Outside of work, if he’s not on a beach or in a spa, Jim’s likely to be strumming his ES-335 or pounding his V drums.
After doing time at Warner Music, dotmusic, and BT, Chris joined FRUKT in 2006. As Director of Strategy, he delivers bespoke consultancy projects for global clients.
With over ten years’ experience, Chris has managed international strategy and research projects, specialising in competitor insight, marketing insight, consumer trends, business modelling, proposition development, retail and sponsorship.
At FRUKT, Meilani oversees Brand Integration and Product Placement for brands of all sizes. A brand integration expert, Meilani specializes in connecting Hollywood content creators with brands and building successful entertainment marketing partnerships. Seasoned in developing organic placements for technology, QSR and transportation clients, Meilani negotiates media leveraged, paid, and unpaid integrations, and deep brand partnerships across multiple platforms, including television, film, music video and digital.
Her solid relationships in the entertainment industry and personal passion for all things entertainment keeps her clients in trend-setting properties. When not immersing herself in entertainment, Meilani is an avid baker, runner and dog lover.
Danielle Thur is a dynamic and creative communications professional with almost 20 years of experience in media and public relations, brand building, creative marketing and business management. As a leader in luxury lifestyle, fashion, beauty, entertainment, hospitality and events, she has held Principal positions playing an instrumental role in company development, growth, profitability and overall success at Whisper PR, EFG: Entertainment Fusion Group, and most recently Rogers & Cowan. With a results-driven reputation, entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record, Thur consistently exceeds expectations in delivering strategic, integrated media campaigns with high attention to detail, in a positive and motivating work environment.
Danielle is a born and bred New Yorker and resides in the West Village with her two Shih Tzu’s, Babygirl and Ruby.
Hap Deneen is the Senior Vice President of FRUKT NA based in the New York office. Hap’s area of expertise is driving his clients’ marketing platforms through creating, negotiating and managing global entertainment partnerships across film, music, theme park and video game properties. Hap has enjoyed a 20+ year career in the entertainment industry in a variety of marketing roles with companies including Octagon Music+Entertainment, BBDO and The Walt Disney Company. A native of Southern California, Hap relocated from Los Angeles to New York in 2015 and lives just outside the city with his wife and two sons. The weather doesn’t bother him and the commute is much better.

Reporting to an Account Director, you’ll have a variety of day-to-day project management tasks and client/agency integration responsibilities. You’ll ideally have 2+ years experience in a similar agency role, managing delivery for clients in activation/brand development and be an excellent communicator.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to work on a leading global music brand. A passion for music, particularly electronic music and DJ culture is essential for this role. You may be asked to attend and work at various European dance music events, festivals and destinations from time to time (tough life!). We are looking for someone who is not only connected to music and understands different genres within dance music but someone who gets social media and the importance of good content.
